After power failure, test whether the zero line is broken, and find and repair the broken line. 4) In the neutral grid, some electrical equipment are protected by grounding and leakage, so that the zero line is charged. Distinguish whether the system is connected to neutral system or grounding system, or repeated grounding in the neutral system. Then install the ground wire correctly. 5) In the neutral grid, single-phase electrical equipment adopts "one fire and one ground", that is, there is no working zero line to make the zero line live. When installing n-wire, PE wire cannot be used as n-wire. 6) The insulation resistance of some electrical equipment in the power grid has been damaged and leakage, making the zero line live. Check the equipment whose insulation resistance does not meet the specified requirements and repair it. 7) The working grounding connection at the low-voltage side of the transformer has poor contact and large resistance. When the unbalanced current of three-phase load exceeds the allowable range, the zero line will be charged. If it is difficult to find the poor contact, it shall be repaired every year or at the specified time. It is not allowed to be lazy. It shall be repaired according to the regulations. 8) The high voltage flows into the low voltage, making the zero line live. It's hard to find, and sometimes there are big problems. The most difficult one is dangerous to people. Be sure to operate according to the operating procedures. 9) The high voltage adopts the operation mode of two lines and one ground. When the grounding body is too close to the low-voltage working grounding or repeated grounding body, the voltage drop on the high-voltage working grounding will affect the working grounding at the low-voltage side and make the zero line live. Find out the cause and lay according to the corresponding regulations. 10) 10.
